As mayor, it is the players’ job to develop the land into the city. Players must put in sewer and waters systems, connect power, zone areas, and make laws. Also, players are in charge of such extras as recycling and conservation. Of course, what would a city be without the people? To make people move to their city, players must make it attractive. And on top of that, they have to pay attention to financial concerns. With the Rush Hour expansion pack, players can pay special attention to the transportation systems. With this expansion, players can tinker with air, water, and land (both public and private) transportation systems. The smaller details in SIMCITY 4 give it that extra shove towards greatness. Streetlights come on, parks are lit at night, buildings are lit according to day and night, and the backgrounds are beautiful. SIMCITY 4 DELUXE EDITION has reached an all-time in the series, and fans will enjoy this newest installment.
