A ISO is a type of file that emulates a DVD/CD disk so you can use it in your disk drives without actually having to burn the files onto a disk. Also ISO files are made to quick burn, simply use power iso or nero burning rom to burn the ISO to DVD.
Finally my private servers download is added so you will be able to play online for free with your friends.
Depending if you just use regular cracked online servers or just wanna play on LAN server"less laggy" will matter if you wanna get into multiplayer quickly.
Using a VPN/LAN emulator like Hamachi or wippien requires setting tweaks related to your internet connections and firewall, also left 4 dead is protected by "C Class Error" basically anyone that uses LAN must have same 3 numbers in there ip.

1.Open Left 4 Dead ISO folder, follow the readme. Install the game.
2.Patch the game using the "Left 4 Dead No-Steam Patch 1.0.1.3" located in the free multiplayer folder.
(This is simple copy and paste patch) Copy/paste it to your programs subfolder for Left 4 dead

3.Pick the type of multiplayer you wanna use, below there numberd from easyest to use to hardest.
#1 Normal Tcp/Ip Connection (Internet)
#2 Garena( VPN/LAN emulator Quick Connect client)

#4 Leaf (VPN/LAN emulator)
#5 Wippien (VPN/LAN emulator)
